We ship out really fast! Once we ship your order, the post office generally delivers within the following timeframes:

• Standard Domestic Mail: average 3-5 business days
• Priority Domestic Mail: average 2-3 business days

We aren't able to guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for post office delays due to COVID-19.

Absolutely! Sometimes a rush upgrade isn't necessary. Other times, we're happy to expedite your order for a small rush fee. Please message us with your deadline and we'll work with you to make it happen.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns have to be made. We're happy to accept most products back as long as they are in unopened, unused and new condition. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain prior return authorization, then carefully package your items and ship them back to us along with your name & order number. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on certain orders and for purchases that originally received free freight. Seasonal, personalized, custom, clearance & sale items are not eligible for return. Exclusions apply.

We ship out Monday through Friday from our studio in Clermont, Florida. We like to think we're speedy, our ready to ship items usually ship out within 1 business day! If you're in a time crunch, be sure to select priority shipping at checkout for faster postal transit times.
In the event of a damage or missing items, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt and include photos of the product and packaging. 
We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Certain services, such as address changes, can incur additional fees imposed by the shipping carrier.
Packages returned to us by the post office will be reshipped upon customer purchase of additional postage. Items still held 30 days after the original purchase date will be discarded or donated.

We use premium grade balloons from reputable manufacturers. Balloons are, however, inherently fragile in nature and care should be exercised, especially when opening, handling, and inflating. We do not offer returns, refunds or replacements for popped balloons. If you believe you have received a defective balloon, please send us a photo within 7 days of receipt. In optimum environments, mylar balloons will remain full and taut for an average of 3 to 5 days however altitude, temperature change, and care affect this. We recommend filling your balloons the day of your event so they'll look their best for your big event. Please reach out to us with any questions, comments or concerns.

On weekends, we take off to soak in all the family time we can get. During the week, we're all yours! Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm PST. We respond to all convos within 1-2 business days.
